Happy Hour Hummus

A classic hummus dip is the perfect snacking option after a long, tiring day. Made from chickpeas, they have the all-important fiber, iron and folate along with being really tasty. The best companion for these dips would be all kinds of veggie sticks like cucumber, carrot, radish or bell peppers. But to make it a bit more fun for your kids, you could choose a healthy baked alternative of tortilla chips or pita chips.
