Calorie-Burning Foods? With a twist
AUGUST 20, 2018
You may have tried a few different diet plans hoping to lose weight. But a Harvard study shows a no-diet weight loss program, that by removing certain foods from your eating routine and replacing them with “calorie burning foods” or rather ‘negative calorie’ foods. According to a theory, you can have as much of these foods as you like without gaining any weight, and that’s simply because digesting these foods takes up more calories than what they inherently contain. Hence, nullifying the calorie addition. This does not mean that these foods do not contain calories but only the fact that your body ends up burning more calories than what you consume.
A win-win situation, right?
Well here at DIP Foods, we also want you to enjoy these “Negative Calorie foods” as some Healthy Snacks.

Lettuce
Next time you whip up a salad for yourself, add loads of lettuce. Lettuce contains only 6 calories per 100g, as lettuce is not only low in calories but it is also very rich in fibre, vitamin B, folic acid, and manganese.
