Gazpacho Salsa DIP
Ingredients
2 unit(s) | plum tamatoes (seeded and diced) |
1 unit(s) | small yellow bell pepper (diced) |
1 unit(s) | cucumber (diced) |
1/2 unit(s) | red onion (diced) |
1 tbspn | red wine vinegar |
1 tbspn | extra-virgin olive oil |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | black pepper |
Instructions
Step 1- | In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, onion, vinegar, oil, and ½ tsp each salt and pepper. |
Step 2- | Serve with the DIP chips. |
