Gazpacho Salsa DIP

Ingredients
2 unit(s) plum tamatoes (seeded and diced)
1 unit(s) small yellow bell pepper (diced)
1 unit(s) cucumber (diced)
1/2 unit(s) red onion (diced)
1 tbspn red wine vinegar
1 tbspn extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1- In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, onion, vinegar, oil, and ½ tsp each salt and pepper.
Step 2- Serve with the DIP chips.
