Ricotta And Herb DIP
Ingredients
350 gm | fresh ricotta |
2 tbspn | chopped fresh herbs ( parsley, tarragon, chives, coriander) |
2 tbspn | olive oil |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | black pepper |
Instructions
Step 1- | Spoon the ricotta into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the herbs, salt and pepper. |
Step 2- | Strain it and add 300g Jaggery (Gud), 2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon garam masala. |
Step 3- | Drizzle with the oil and serve with DIP Pita Chips or Multigrain Strips. |
Note: DIP foods will provide you the base product, all other ingredients are not included.
