Whole Wheat Rusk Chutney
Ingredients
2 (in total 50gms) | Rusks |
1/2 cup | Capsicum |
4 cloves | Garlic cloves |
1/4 cup | Roasted peanuts |
1 small bunch | Coriander Leaves |
4 tsp (or as needed) | Lemon Juice |
1 | Green Chili |
to taste | Salt |
1/2 cup | Water |
Instructions
Step 1- | Chop Rusk, capsicum, wash coriander & roast peanuts. Squeeze juice from lemon |
Step 2- | Blend all the ingredients. |
Step 3- | Serve as a dip to idly, dosa & many more. |
Note: DIP foods will provide you the base product, all other ingredients are not included.
