Murukku Usli
Ingredients
| 1 cup | Murukku |
| 1 | Dry red chili |
| few | Curry leaves |
| A generous pinch | Hing |
| 1 tsp | Oil |
| 1/2 tsp | Mustard |
| 1/3 cup | Cluster beans |
| to taste | Salt |
Instructions
| Step 1- | Dry roast Chili & Curry leaves |
| Step 2- | Take a mixie and add murukku, dry roasted chili & curry leaves, hing. |
| Step 3- | Grind to a coarse powder |
| Step 4- | Take a pan and add 1 tsp Oil. |
| Step 5- | Add mustard and let it splutter. |
| Step 6- | Add the cluster beans and some more curry leaves. |
| Step 7- | Fry and cook them well. |
| Step 8- | Towards the end add the ground murukku mix. |
| Step 9- | Mix them well and cook for a minute. |
| Step 10- | Serve with DIP Chips, Multigrain Strips or Masala Sticks. |
Note: DIP foods will provide you the base product, all other ingredients are not included.
