Tart Shells - Canapes

Canapes is one of those products that allows one to push boundry, and hence we experimented with its form-factor. Customer feedback too pointed towards scope to expand on our Canapes range

Having been in baking industry for as long as we can remember, we were determined to reduce oil content in the product.

Having gone through multiple iterartions in its manfacturing process, we have finalised a version that has at least 35% less oil, and importantly offers a great shelf life

Another conundrum was what to call the product. Should it be Star Canapes or Fried Canapes or Chaat Basket or something else entirely? We were looking for something that's almost generic, but also differentiates itself to our good-old canapes
