Quick Healthy Recipe’s for every Meal!

I’m certain, that you’ve heard the phrase “If you eat small quantities periodically its better for your body than eating 3 distinct heavy meals”. Well that is true, kinda. To maintain a healthy diet, it is essential to have periodic & nutritionally balanced meals as part of your daily eating routine which will inadvertently help with weight loss as well. Here is DIP Foods August recommendations for each meal!
Breakfast : Savoury Oatmeal
Take your brekkie to a whole new level by making your oatmeal savory. Prepare your oatmeal as per usual with milk or water, but add a pinch of salt and pepper instead of any cinnamon or sugar. Then top off your oatmeal with an over-easy/poached egg. Now you’re good to go!
Lunch : Hummus and Grilled Vegetable Wrap
For lunch, Cook zucchini on the grill or in a grill pan until tender and layer it with raw peppers, spinach, store-bought hummus and herbs for a nutrient-packed, packable lunch. Pair some vegetables with store-bought hummus for a hand-held bite.

Snacks : Quinoa & Fruit Salad
Snacks are honestly the most crucial meal. They fall right between lunch and dinner, and this is the time where we munch on unnecessary foods to fill our stomachs. An alternative to filling up on wa-fers is the Quinoa & Fruit Salad bowl, A perfect Healthy Snack! Spice up a plain old fruit cup with some quinoa. Add some berries & then proceed to toss the mixture around until the quinoa and fruit are evenly distributed. Add a dressing of honey, lime, and basil for a little extra body.
Dinner : Avocado Mint Soup & Kale Pesto Pasta
After a hectic day, its nice to end with a hearty meal.
Having soups before meals helps cut calories, and fill you up faster. The reason why we have soup before dinner, is simply to eat lighter before we sleep, allowing our bodies enough time to digest our dinner. Gluten free and vegan Pasta is just redeeming, you feel guilty for eating carbs but not guilty at the same time. Add some simple pesto made with kale, hemp seeds or walnuts, and olive oil. You can throw this together in 5 or so minutes while the pasta is cooking.
