What is Multigrain?

As the name suggests, multigrain is made from combining a bunch of whole grains instead of one type, in order to add more nutrition to our diets. While your average bread is made from wheat, this one may also include barley, millet, flax, oats, quinoa, sunflower seeds, etc.
