Crunchy Guacamole
Ingredients
3 unit(s) | Ripened Avocados |
2 tsp | Lime Juice |
as needed | Salt |
6 cloves | Garlic |
1 small bunch | Coriander leaves |
1 unit(s) | Jalapeno |
1 unit(s) | Tomato |
1 unit(s) | Onion |
1 unit(s) | Jalapeno Chili |
1 tsp | Lemon juice |
Instructions
Step 1- | Prepare the tomato onion sauce mix. |
Step 2- | Finely chopped tomato,onion, Jalapeno Chili, coriander leaves. Squeeze lemon juice |
Step 3- | Take a bowl and add finely chopped tomato,onion,chili, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Add lemon juice and salt. Mix them well. Let this marinate for 20 minutes. |
Step 4- | For the chunky guacamole, peel avocado, garlic. Chop them roughly. Chop coriander leaves, jalapeno roughly. |
Step 5- | Take a mortar and add avocado,garlic, coriander leaves, jalpeno, lemon juice & salt. |
Step 6- | Grind them until they turn completely mushy. Garlic must be crushed well. |
Step 7- | At this stage, add the tomato onion sauce mix and grind again. |
Step 8- | This cannot be like a paste and shall be crunchy. |
Step 9- | Serve it as a dip to some healthy chips,tortillas |
